Caso haja financiamento do aparelho celular

Em caso de não haver confirmação do pagamento até a data do vencimento, as seguintes medidas serão tomadas.

  • A inadimplência será notificada às agências de crédito. Isto poderá dificultar a solicitação de cartões de crédito, empréstimos ou financiamentos.
  • O saldo pendente deverá ser pago em uma vez.

Outras precauções

  • Se o pagamento for efetuado após as 21 horas, os serviços serão reabilitados na manhã seguinte.
  • Mesmo com o seu serviço interrompido, a mensalidade do plano e dos opcionais serão cobrados normalmente.
  • Caso ocorra atraso no pagamento da fatura, serão cobrados juros em conformidade com o previsto no contrato firmado com esta companhia.

  • Phần không thanh toán sẽ được thông báo cho cơ quan lưu trữ thông tin tín dụng. Nên có những trường hợp gặp khó khăn trong việc sử dụng thẻ tín dụng Credit Card và dịch vụ cho vay.
  • Có những trường hợp phải thanh toán hết một lần số tiền nợ còn lại.

Những chú ý khác

  • Trường hợp thanh toán sau 9 giờ tối, có trường hợp dịch vụ sẽ được mở lại vào sáng hôm sau.
  • Ngay cả trong trường hợp bị ngừng dịch vụ thông tin, thì cước dịch vụ cơ bản, cước dịch vụ tùy chọn vẫn phát sinh.
  • Trường hợp không thanh toán trước, đúng thời hạn, phải trả lợi tức quá hạn đã được ghi trên hợp đồng với chúng tôi.
