VK Plan
This rate plan is intended for 4G LTE Featurephone (au VoLTE). This plan provides free domestic calls between au users from 1:00 to 21:00.

Applicability of discounts and campaigns (in Japanese only)

[1]2-year contract is automatically renewed in two-year units. In the case of contract termination, a contract cancellation fee of ¥9,500 is incurred (excluding the renewal period). Smile-heart Discount is also eligible.

[2]For calls that straddle the 1:00 am or 9:00 pm time designations, charges are waived for the time segment straddling a time designation (30 seconds). Calls to special numbers including the Answering Service (Voice Mail) (1417) do not count as free calls to au mobile phone users.

[3]Contracts can also be made with monthly basic charges only. A separate application for LTE NET is required for using emails and the Internet. If you are not subscribed to Double-Teigaku (VK), the upper limit of the data communications charges is ¥20,000/month.

Universal service system
In accordance with the launch of the universal service system, subscribers of au phone services have been asked to pay a "universal service fee" from billing of January 2007.
Notes
VK Plan
- If applying when making a new subscription or switching models, the rate plan and Flat-rate Data service become applicable from the date of subscription or the date of switching models (the basic charge/Flat-rate data charge is prorated). If changing the contract, etc., it becomes applicable from the month following the month of the change. If you cancel in the middle of a month, the rate plan and Flat-rate Data service charges are not prorated and the flat rate is incurred (If not subscribed to 2-year Contract , the basic charge is prorated.).
- Free call allowance in this plan is not eligible for sharing.
"Carryover" course and "share" course (in Japanese only) - If you are subscribed to this plan, the Switch-to-au Discount, Welcome Discount, and other discount services are terminated.
Notes on calling charges
- The VK Plan does not include free call allowance.
- When making a call to your contracted au phone, the caller will be charged based on calling charges specified by the caller's carrier.
- au rate plans are not applicable to charges of international calls (KDDI/SoftBank Mobile/NTT Communications/ARTERIA Networks/Brastel/IPS). International calls are separately charged by international call carriers based calling charges specified by each carrier. The length of free calls included in plans with free call allowance indicates the maximum time, and differ depending on actual usage circumstances.
- A call that continues beyond midnight will be charged for the day on which the call ends.
