Customers who subscribe to a specified data (packet) flat-rate service when they purchase the AQUOS K SHF31 can get a discount on their monthly usage fees for up to four years.

In the case of contract termination, a contract cancellation fee of ¥9,500 is incurred (excluding the renewal period). Smile-heart Discount is also eligible. When Smile-heart Discount is applied, the monthly basic charge is ¥2,500/month.

Applicable condition
Customers who have purchased the AQUOS K and subscribed to "LTE plan + LTE Flat" or "Unlimited Calling Plan(Smart phone) + Flat-rate Data 2/3/5/8/10/13/20/30"
Applicable period
The discount automatically begins from the month in which the subscription for a specified data (packet) flat-rate service is made together with an application for a new contract or model change (additional phone). The normal rate will be applied automatically after expiration of the discount period.
Notes
- * If the data (packet) flat-rate service fee is calculated on a prorated basis, the discount amount is also calculated on a prorated basis.
- * During the discount period, if you change to a data (packet) flat-rate service other than a specified one, change models, or cancel or suspend your contract, the discount is terminated. If you change to a specified data (packet) flat-rate service, the discount continues for up to 4 years from when the discount started.
- * This discount cannot be applied at the same time as the au Student Discount (2016) data flat-rate charge discount. This discount takes priority. For customers currently applying the au Student Discount (2016) data flat-rate charge discount, the Student Discount takes priority during the period the two discounts are applied.
- * If you are currently applied to a past Student Discount (2014, 2013) and are eligible for this discount from January 14, 2016, either discount is applied.
- * Customers who make a contract with Flat-rate Data (2 to 13GB) by January 13, 2016 and are eligible for this discount get a discount from the monthly basic charge.
- * This discount may not be available in combination with certain KDDI deals.
- * Please check at your local au shop / au Style for the costs involved with the contract.
