Model changes

To change from an au mobile phone to another au mobile phone, the following items will be required.

    The au mobile phone (including au IC card) currently in use

  • 2

    Your name seal

    • You can also conclude the contract with your signature.
  • 3

    Identification documents
    ("Resident Card" or "health insurance card")

    • Always bring the original documents.
  • 4

    Initial cost

    Following bills will be added to the first month's bill

    • New contracts and model changes (or adding units) Contract processing fee (\3,000)
    • When switching between a 4G LTE (compatible with au VoLTE) device,
      4G LTE (excluding au VoLTE-compatible device) device,
      4G LTE tablet (released after 2015), 4G LTE tablet (released before 2014),
      3G device and Wi-Fi router (or adding units) Contract processing fee (\2,000)

    au phone price(The amount depends on the phone model.etc.and can be paid in installments.)

    au may require a deposit (Amount set by us which is ¥100,000 or less per contract / no interest / tax-exempt). In this case, installment payments cannot be used to purchase an au mobile phone.
