I would like to change my email domain to "au.com"

Customers currently using the "ezweb.ne.jp" domain can change their email domain to "au.com".

Please refer to the following on how to change it.

This page is for customers who currently have au plan. After switching to povo or UQ mobile, you will not be able to change your email domain from "ezweb.ne.jp" to "au.com"
If you are using the domain "ezweb.ne.jp" and change your address, the domain will change to "au.com". It is not possible to change only the part before the @ while keeping the domain as "ezweb.ne.jp".
The eligible devices are those that support au Email (@au.com or @ezweb.ne.jp).
For some smartphones, you will need to update the "Email settings app" before changing to an email address with the "au.com" domain.

By changing the email address, the email domain will also be changed at the same time.
