How to change the domain of your au email address to "au.com"
Customers currently using the "ezweb.ne.jp" domain can change their domain to "au.com."
Please refer to the details below for more information.
Important notes
- This page is intended for customers currently under a contract with au.
- If you change your email address while using the "ezweb.ne.jp" domain, the domain will change to "au.com". You cannot change only the part before "@" while keeping the domain as "ezweb.ne.jp".

Supported devices are those compatible with au email (au.com/ezweb.ne.jp).
If you want to change only the domain without changing the part before the "@"
(Example: □□□@ezweb.ne.jp→□□□@au.com)
You can change only the domain.

If you want to change both the part before "@" and the domain
(Example: □□□@ezweb.ne.jp→△△△@au.com)
You can change both the email address and the domain simultaneously.
