How to read a paper invoice -postcard type-

Over the counter payment

  1. Billing code
  2. Customer's name
  3. Billing month (Example:September, 2020)
  4. Payment date (Example:25th of September, 2020)
    • After that, you will not be able to use the telephone.
  5. Billing amount
  6. Year and month of use (Example:October, 2020)

You can pay with this postcard

Please pay at the convenience store or at the au shop / au Style

Bank direct debit

  1. Billing code
  2. Billing amount (direct debit amount)
  3. Year and month of use
  4. Billing month
  5. Bank debit date
    • Please make payment to the designated bank account by this date.
  6. Breakdown of bill
  7. Withdrawal account information
    • Financial institution name
    • Branch name
    • Account number
  8. Receipt of previous month

Credit card payment

  1. Billing code
  2. Billing amount
  3. Year and month of usage
  4. Debit date…Debit date based on the terms of your credit card company

    Since the charge will be from the credit card company, debit date will be as specified by the card company.

    Furthermore, if you receive a notification from credit card company about failure to process payment with the spedified credit card

    Payment slip will be sent  at a later date, so please make payment at the convenience store or au shop / au Style until the payment deadline.

You might not receive important notice if your au registered address has changed.

Telephone and data transmission might be suspended for temporarily if you do not receive notices particularly billing related ones.
