With GALAXY S II WiMAX ISW11SC and INFOBAR C01, SMS (C-mail) can be used even with carriers which are not compatible with packet communications. However, note that the operation procedure differs from that of conventional models depending on local carriers' specifications.
- In the case of using a CDMA carrier in Thailand, add "001" at the beginning of an SMS (C-mail) destination address. For example, if you would like to send a message to 08012345678, change the destination address to 00108012345678.
- In the case of other carriers, send a message to a recipient's phone number in the same way as conventional models.
- In the case of using a CDMA carrier in Thailand, the sending of SMS (C-mail) in Bangkok and the surrounding area is currently not available.
- In the case of using a CDMA carrier in India, the sending of SMS (C-mail) is currently not available.
- In the case of using CDMA carriers in New Zealand and Venezuela, the sending of SMS (C-mail) is not available.
