If the customer receiving the line (the transferee) is a minor, the procedures differ from those described on this page, so please refer to the information below.
- If you are transferring your mobile phone, a handling fee of 3,850 yen (tax included) will be charged. There is no fee for a transfer within family where the user does not change.
- Some services or contract details may not be transferable.

Both the current contract holder (transferor) and the customer receiving the transfer (transferee) should come to au Style/au shop.
If the transferor is unable to visit, please bring the transferor's power of attorney and identification documents (copy allowed).

- Even if you do not have the same surname and address, it is not required if the transferee is registered as the user information of the transferor.

For your reference
- If you have merged your au IDs, they will be automatically separated and a new au ID will be issued to the transferee.
- For paid content that the transferor has applied for or contracted, the transferor must cancel the contract themselves.
- The au PAY card, au PAY prepaid card, and au PAY balance currently used by the transferor will not be transferred.
- The usage limit for au Easy Payment will not be carried over.
