au/UQ mobile/povo1.0/povo2.0 users can now use 5G high-speed data communication even when traveling overseas.
Note for the customers using 5G SA devices:
Available roaming destinations and services are different from those for the customers using LTE devices and 5G NSA devices.On this page, you can confirm available roaming destinations and services with your 5G SA device.
If an overseas carrier discontinues GSM (2G) and UMTS (3G) networks, you may no longer use local voice calls, SMS, and data communications depending on the device you are using.

- Calling charges while staying in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Calls between the the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands are subject to "Domestic call".
- Calling charges while staying in Guam or Saipan. Calls between Guam and Saipan are subject to "Domestic call".
How to view the table of charges

Example) Making a call to a fixed-line telephone in a restaurant in the U.S. while staying in the U.S. (¥120 / minute) - International call to Japan ･･･ making a call to a mobile phone or fixed-line telephone in Japan, or a person accompanying you (with a Japanese mobile phone)
Example) Making a call to a fixed-line telephone to your home in Japan or an au mobile phone of the person accompanying you while staying in the U.S. (¥140 / minute) - International call to a country other than Japan ･･･ making a call to a country other than Japan and your destination
Example) When making a call to a mobile phone or fixed-line telephone in Korea while staying in the U.S. (¥210 / minute) - Incoming call received in your destination country ･･･ receiving a call in your destination
