The new 4G LTE Infobar xv mobile phone was created to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the launch of the original Infobar in October 2003.
As with the previous Infobars, the design is the work of product designer Naoto Fukazawa.
The beautiful curves and flat surfaces form a shape that is reminiscent of the original Infobar and the Infobar 2.
The tile keys, so characteristic of the Infobar, for the first time appear in the frameless style that was aimed for but not achieved in previous Infobars.
This exquisite blend of nostalgia and innovation creates a masterpiece that is visually beautiful and pleasant to the touch, with a shape that nestles comfortably into the hand.
The original Infobar had a 2-inch screen and a 310,000-pixel camera. Fifteen years later, the new Infobar xv, in a body the same height as the original Infobar and Infobar 2 and not much different in width and weight, boasts modern devices including a 3.1-inch WVGA liquid-crystal display and a camera of some 8 million pixels, and supports the latest services including Line, Plus Message and VoLTE.
Supplied with a desktop holder that is useful when listening to FM radio or music.
