To use the Disaster Message Board Service, select [Disaster Message Board] displayed on the top menu of au portal, or access the URL as below.

Select the appropriate option from the 5 comments available in accordance with your disaster situation. You can also add an optional comment of up to 100 characters. Press the [Register] button.
Once you confirm the entry, press [OK]. The procedure is completed once the screen shows the completion of registration. If you would like to correct the entry, press [Cancel]. The screen in step (2) is displayed again, and you can correct information.
Enter the mobile phone number of the person whose status you wish to confirm and press [Search].
Select the safety information you would like to see.
Even if the phone number you are looking for belongs to a non-au mobile phone, if there is safety information, a link to that carrier's Disaster Message Board will be displayed. Please select the link.
The safety information will be displayed.
