【au PAY Prepaid Card】I would like to cancel it
The cancellation method for au PAY and au PAY Prepaid Card differs.

Important notes
- If you cancel au PAY, your au PAY Prepaid Card will also be canceled at the same time.
- Any remaining au PAY balance will be lost. It will not be possible to restore the balance after canceling au PAY.

If you do not plan to use the au PAY/au PAY Prepaid Card for a while, you can also temporarily suspend it.
Cancellation of au PAY Prepaid Card (physical card)
Simply cut the magnetic stripe (black band) on the back of the au PAY Prepaid Card and dispose it.
- au PAY will not be canceled, so your au PAY balance will be retained.

If you no longer use the au PAY, please contact the KDDI Customer Center for the cancellation procedure.
Please contact us only if you agree with all Important notes below.
