I would like to stop using (or suspend it temporarily) au PAY Prepaid Card (au WALLET Prepaid Card)

You can complete the temporarily suspension procedure on the account screen of the au PAY app.

While the service is suspended, you will not be able to use the au PAY prepaid card and au PAY (code payment), similar to cancellation.
If you have participated in the campaign, you will no longer be able to receive campaign benefits such as receiving au PAY balance, so please complete the procedure after receiving your benefits.
If you would like to stop using the au PAY prepaid card but still want to use au PAY (code payment), do not do the following operation; instead, cut the magnetic stripe (black band) with scissors and discard it.

Launch the au PAY app.

Tap on "Account" [アカウント].

Tap on "Menu" [メニュー].

Tap on "Suspend/Restart" [一時停止／解除].

Enter your au ID password and tap [OK].

Tap the switch for au PAY to turn it off.

Tap on "Settings" [設定].

The suspension setting is now complete.

After suspension, cut the magnetic stripe (black band) of the au PAY prepaid card with scissors and discard it.
