【au PAY/au PAY Prepaid Card】I would like to temporarily suspend/resume the usage
You can temporarily suspend or resume the service from the account screen in the au PAY app.
Please see below for detailed instructions.
Important notes
- If you suspend au PAY, the code payments and online payments with au PAY, and the au PAY Prepaid Card will be temporarily suspended.

If you suspend the au PAY Prepaid Card, only the usage of au PAY Prepaid Card will be temporarily suspended.
- Code payments and online payments with au PAY will be available.
- During the suspension, you will not be able to receive any campaign benefits that grant you au PAY balance. Please complete the procedure after receiving the benefits.
Steps

Launch the [au PAY app].

Tap on "Account" [アカウント].

Tap on "Menu" [メニュー].

Tap on "Suspend/Resume" [一時停止／解除].

Enter your au ID password and tap on [OK].

On this screen, you can set the service to Suspend or Resume.
Tap on the switch for [au PAY] or "Prepaid Card" [プリペイドカード] to toggle between suspend and resume.
- If the switch is ON (green), the service is resumed. If the switch is OFF (gray), the service is suspended.

Check the switch status and tap on "Settings" [設定].

Access the page "au PAY Usage Settings" [au PAY 利用設定] and log in with your au ID.

You can suspend or resume the service on this screen.
Tap on the switch for [au PAY] or "Prepaid Card" [プリペイドカード] to toggle between suspend and resume.
- If the switch is ON (green), the service is resumed. If the switch is OFF (gray), the service is suspended.

Check the switch status and tap on "Settings" [設定].
