I would like to know how to activate the line purchased at the online shop for devices, SIM cards, or eSIMs

Customers who have upgraded their device online, switched from UQ mobile, or signed up for MNP (transfer from other carriers) can switch their line from the Order History page on the online shop.

Please note that the procedures and reception hours differ depending on the type of SIM (SIM card or eSIM) and the specific instructions. For details, please refer to the information below.

Activation Procedures

For customers who have purchased iPhone 17 series/iPhone Air, etc. that are changing from an iPhone to another iPhone

Line switching reception hours (all year round)

For MNP procedures

from 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 p.m.

For device upgrades or transferring from UQ mobile

from 7:00 a.m. to 11:50 p.m.

from 1:00 a.m. to 2:50 a.m.

After completing the procedure, the line activation will be completed in approximately 30 minutes, and you will be able to use the new device, SIM card, or eSIM.
