Carry-in Repair
Please bring it to the nearest Apple Store or an Apple authorized service provider. An Apple expert will assist you.
Mail-in Repair (Pickup & Delivery Repair)
An Apple-designated service provider will come to pick up your device. After diagnosing the product, they will deliver the repaired device, or a replacement based on the diagnosis results. Please contact Apple Support to apply.
Device Replacement (Express Replacement Service)
The replacement device (main unit and accessories) will be delivered within a few days of your application. Please contact Apple Support to apply.
