Cancellation is required if you are returning or relocating abroad.
Please visit the nearest au Style / au shop or contact the customer support.
Important Notice

Please make sure to cancel your contract as monthly payments will be charged continuously should you fail to do.

For any unsettled payment, other mobile phone/PHS carriers will be notified which might be used by each company on the application screening procedure.

The payment method for regular billing may change, depending on the remaining period from cancellation until the day of your departure.

请到附近的au Style / au店铺办理，或者咨询客服中心。
注意事项。

如果不办理解约手续，每月都会持续产生费用，所以请一定要提前办理解约手续。

如果有欠款，则会将欠款信息通知其他手机通信，PHS运营商，有可能会被用于各公司的签约审查。

由于从解约到回国之间的时间不同，原有的付款方式可能会发生变化。

Pontos Importantes

Caso o contrato não seja devidamente cancelado, a mensalidade dos serviços continuará sendo cobrada. Favor cancelar o contrato impreterivelmente.

Não havendo a confirmação do devido pagamento, as informações sobre a inadimplência serão compartilhadas com outras companhias de telefonia celular e PHS, podendo futuramente influenciar na avaliação de crédito nestas empresas.

Dependendo do prazo entre o cancelamento e a data de retorno ao país de origem a forma de pagamento poderá ser alterada.

Cần làm thủ tục hủy hợp đồng khi về nước hoặc chuyển đi một nước khác.

Điều khoản lưu ý

Nếu không làm thủ tục hủy hợp đồng thì tiền cước hàng tháng sẽ tiếp tục phát sinh.
Vì vậy khách hàng nhất định phải làm thủ tục hủy hợp đồng. -
Nếu việc thanh toán không được thực hiện, các nhà mạng điện thoại di động/PHS khác có thể được thông báo về thông tin chưa thanh toán
và thông tin này sẽ được sử dụng cho việc thẩm tra đăng ký hợp đồng mới. -
Phương thức thanh toán cho hóa đơn hàng tháng có thể thay đổi tùy thuộc vào khoảng thời gian từ khi hủy đến khi về nước.
