How to pay at Lawson or Ministop (at the Loppi terminal)
Payments for the current month or outstanding bills can be made at your nearest convenience store.
For information regarding applicable service counters, please check the back of the bill.
When paying for charges that are past the due date, a late payment fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be applied.
Also, if you have lost your bill, you can still make your payment by following the steps below.
Important notes
- Even if you have not received the bill, you can still make the payment if the amount due is displayed, using this method.

If your communication service is suspended or if you do not have a smartphone, you may not be able to use this payment method.
In that case, payments can be made through Pay-easy (ATM) or at our stores. Please see below for the payment methods.

Tap on the switch for the "Phone Number / ID" [電話番号／ID] of the service you wish to pay for.

Tap on "Select" [選択].

Tap on "Unpaid" [未払い] (the one with the payment due date).
If the amount due is "0 yen or less", the amount field will be displayed as "－". For details, check the WEB de Billing.

Tap on "Click here" [こちら] next to "For those who wish to pay immediately" [すぐにお支払いをされる方はこちら] on the display.

Tap on the switch for "Pay at convenience store (enter payment number at in-store terminal)" [コンビニで支払う（お支払番号を店頭端末に入力）].

Tap on the payment switch for "Amount Selection" [金額選択].

Tap on "Payment" [お支払い].

Confirm the payment details, then tap on [OK].

Tap on "Convenience Store" [コンビニ].

Select the convenience store you wish to use.
- In this case, Lawson was selected.

Tap on "Display QR Code" [QRコードを表示する].
- Please write down your "Customer Number" [お客様番号] and "Confirmation Number" [確認番号] in a notepad or similar in case the QR code cannot be read at the store.

A QR code for payment will be displayed. Please save this screen by taking a screenshot or similar method.
- This completes the steps to be done before going to Lawson / Ministop (at the Loppi terminal).

From here, follow the steps for payment using the QR code.
- If you are paying using the "Customer Number" [お客様番号] and "Confirmation Number" [確認番号], please refer to Step 19 and onward.

On the Loppi terminal, tap on "For those with Loppi-exclusive code" [Loppi専用コードをお持ちの方].

Follow the on-screen instructions and hold the QR code saved in Step 13 in front of the QR reader on Loppi.

Confirm the displayed information and proceed to the next screen.

Please take the slip printed from the Loppi terminal to the register and complete your payment in cash, within 30 minutes.

On the Loppi terminal, tap on "For Various Types of Codes" [各種番号をお持ちの方].

Enter the "Customer Number" [お客様番号] (11 digits), excluding hyphens, and tap on "Next" [次へ].
