I would like to know the information required when making a payment via Pay-easy

The information required for payment via Pay-easy is: "Financial Institution Number" [収納機関番号], "Customer Number" [お客様番号], "Confirmation Number" [確認番号] and they can be found on the bill.

You can also check it on your smartphone or computer using the following method.

    If you select "Pay via Pay-easy" [Pay-easy(ペイジー)で支払う], the "Financial Institution Number" [収納機関番号] and other information will be displayed when selecting the amount.

Service fees

How much is the payment fee for Pay-easy?

To pay the current month's bill, there is no fee (free of charge).

In case of outstanding bills, "a late payment fee" [期日後料金支払手数料] of 330 yen (including tax) will be added to your next month's bill.

Steps

    Tap on "Payment" [料金払込].

    • Select menus such as "Payment (Pay-easy)" [料金払込(Pay-easy(ペイジー))] or "Payment of Taxes and Other Fees" [税金・各種料金払込み], at each financial institution's ATM.

    Enter the "Financial Institution Number (5 digits)" [収納機関番号(5桁)] and tap on "Confirm" [確認].

    Enter the "Customer Number (10 digits)" [お客様番号(10桁)] and "Confirmation Number (6 digits)"

    [確認番号(6桁)], then tap on "Confirm" [確認].

    Tap on "Confirm" [確認].

    Make the payment using cash or a cash card.

    • In this example, payment will be made using a cash card.

    Enter your "PIN" [暗証番号].

    Your payment is now complete.
