I would like to pay my bills at an au Style, au shop or UQ Spot
If you have the bill, you can pay your current month’s charges or any unpaid charges at an au Style, au shop, or UQ Spot.
Important notes
- Only cash is accepted for payment.

There is no service fee for payments of the current month's bill. However, if you make a payment after the due date, a late payment fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be charged.
For those who do not have the paper bill
Even if you do not have a paper bill, you can still make a payment at an au Style, au shop, or UQ spot.
We will verify the identity of the contracted line during the procedure.
Please have your mobile phone number ready when you come to the store and bring your identity verification document.

- At stores equipped with au SaKuTTO (self-service terminal), you can make payments without waiting.
