How to check my payment status on the web

You can check the status of your payment on the "Payment Status/Payment" of My au (Web).

Please see below for detailed instructions.

Important notes

  • If you see the message "No charge information is available on this site", please wait until the payment status is updated.
  • Depending on the payment method, it may take some time for financial institutions and credit card companies to share information. Please also check your bank statement and the website of your financial institution.

How to view "Payment Status" section

For Direct Debit (bank account)

  • Before the payment: "Direct debit scheduled (Direct debit date)" [口座振替予定 (口座振替日)]
  • After the payment: "Paid" [お支払い済]
  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]
  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Partially Paid" [一部お支払い済み]

For Credit Card

  • Before the payment: "Billed by credit card company" [クレジットカード会社よりご請求]
  • After the payment: "Billed by credit card company" [クレジットカード会社よりご請求]
  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]
  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Billed by credit card company" [クレジットカード会社よりご請求]
  • Since it is billed by the credit card company, please contact them for details of your payment status.

If you are unable to make a payment using your registered credit card due to expiration date, etc.

  • Before the payment: "Unpaid (Payment Due Date)" [未払い (お支払い期日)]
  • After the payment: "Paid" [お支払い済み]
  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]
  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Partially Paid" [一部お支払い済み]
  • Since the payment method has been changed to payment at the counter, please re-register your card information.

For J:COM Combined Billing

  • Before the payment: "Billed by J:COM" [J:COMよりご請求]
  • After the payment: "Billed by J:COM" [J:COMよりご請求]
  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]
  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Billed by J:COM" [J:COMよりご請求]

For Paper bill (invoice)

  • Before the payment: "Unpaid (Payment Due Date)" [未払い (お支払い期日)]
  • After the payment: "Paid" [お支払い済]
  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]
  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Partially Paid" [一部お支払い済み]

Steps

    • You are required to log in with your au ID.
  • 2

    The "Payment Status/Payment" [お支払い状況の確認/お支払い] screen will be displayed.

    1. This will be displayed if you have an unpaid balance of 1 yen or more.

      Tapping on "Payment Screen" [お支払い画面] will take you to the "Pay Now Screen" [今すぐ支払う画面].

    2. It will be displayed if a payment has been made in the last two days.
    3. Tapping on "Billing Month" [請求年月] will redirect you to the breakdown of charges in WEB de Billing.
    4. The payment status as of the previous day will be displayed.

  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Partially Paid" [一部お支払い済み]

Steps

    Launch the "My au app" and log in with your au ID.

  • 2

    Tap on "Total Billing Amount for ○ Month" [○月のご請求額合計].

  • 3

    Tap on "Check Payment Status and Payment" [支払状況の確認・支払い].

  • 4

    The "Payment Status/Payment" screen will be displayed.

    1. This will be displayed if you have an unpaid balance of 1 yen or more.

      Tapping on "Payment Screen" [お支払い画面] will take you to the "Pay Now Screen" [今すぐ支払う画面].

    2. It will be displayed if a payment has been made in the last two days.
    3. Tapping on "Billing Month" [請求年月] will redirect you to the breakdown of charges in WEB de Billing.
    4. The payment status as of the previous day will be displayed.
