I would like to know how to pay my au/UQ mobile bill at convenience store (How to pay with a barcode/how to pay with a payment and confirmation code)

You can pay your current month's bill or unpaid charges, which are issued on a paper bill (invoice), at your nearest convenience store. 

Please check the back of the paper bill to find out which stores are compatible.

Please note that a separate fee will be charged in the payment of outstanding bills.

Even if you lose the paper bill (invoice) you can:

Please note that customers that have their service suspended or do not have a smartphone, may not be able to use these payment methods. 

In such cases, we recommend that you pay through Pay-easy (ATM) or at an au Style/au Shop.

This FAQ is aimed to customers who use au and UQ mobile (5G compatible plan). 

  • Even if you haven't received the paper bill (invoice), but the amount to be paid is confirmed with these following procedures, there will be no problem to proceed with payment.

①How to pay with payment and confirmation code.

  • This method does not apply for Seven-Eleven stores.
  • If your phone service is suspended, use your smartphone or PC with Wi-Fi.

    If you have a contract with au, please log-in to "My au (web)" using your "au ID".

    If you have a contract with UQ mobile (5G compatible plan), please log-in to "My UQ mobile" using your "au ID".

    If you cannot log into My au/My UQ mobile due to two-step verification, please make your payment via Pay-easy (ATM) or at any au Shop.

  • 2

    Choose the phone number you want to pay the bill for and tap on "Select" [選択].

    If a different screen appears

    The following fees cannot be paid on this site:

    1. Charges currently billed by credit card or direct debit.
    2. Charges that have exceeded the original payment due date due to default, etc.
    3. If you changed the billing unit, such as lump-sum billing or consolidated billing, the charge before the change.

    Use the payment method listed in the payment instructions (SMS, email, payment reminder, etc.).

    • If you are not aware of the above, please check your unpaid charges.

    Choose "Pay at the convenience store"[コンビニで支払う] for payment method.

    Select the amount you want to pay and tap on "Pay" [お支払い] at the bottom of the screen.

    After confirming the contents of payment, tap on[OK].

    Tap on "Convenience Store"[コンビニ].

    Choose the convenience store where you want to make the payment and tap on its logo.

    Either a QR code for payment, a "Payment Code/Online Payment Code" [お客様番号/オンライン決済番号]  (11 digits), or a "Confirmation Code" [確認番号]  (4 digits) will be displayed, so please take a note or save a screenshot of it.

    Please complete these operations before going to the convenience store.

    For Daily Yamazaki and Yamazaki Daily Store, there is no "Confirmation Code" 「確認番号」. 

    Lawson/Ministop (Loppi)

    The QR code will be displayed, please save the screen on your smartphone or take a note of the "Customer Code" [お客様番号] and the "Confirmation Code" [確認番号] .

    FamilyMart (Multi Copy Machine)

    Take a note of the "Payment Code" [お客様番号] and the "Confirmation Code" [確認番号] .

    Daily Yamazaki,Yamazaki Daily Store

    For Daily Yamazaki/Yamazaki Daily Store, please take note of the "Payment Code/Online Payment Code" [お客様番号/オンライン決済番号]. There is no "Confirmation Code"「確認番号」.

    On the in-store terminal "Loppi", tap on "For those who have a Loppi Code"[Loppi専用コードをお持ちの方].

    On the in-store "Multi Copy Machine", tap on ”Payment - Pay at the convenience store”[代金支払い (コンビニでお支払い)].

    Insert the ”Payment Code/Online Payment Code”  [お客様番号/オンライン決済番号] (11 digits) without hyphen and proceed to the next screen.

    Inform the store cashier that you want make internet "Online Payment" 「インターネットでの支払いがしたい」.

    If you want to pay using a bar code, please show it and have it scanned.

②How to pay with a barcode

  • This method is available only for those who have the data plan status "on service".

    You will be redirected to "My Payment" [マイペイメント] (external site).

    Present the barcode at the counter and tell the staff you wish to pay by "My Payment" 「マイペイメントの支払いをしたい」.
