You can report spam emails using the Spam Email Reporting Feature in the au Email app.
If you are receiving a huge number of spam emails from the same domain, we recommend using the spam email filter's blocked senders list setting.

In order to strengthen regulations on spam e-mails, KDDI requests your cooperation in providing information about spam emails.
Please provide information about spam or offensive emails sent from or to our domains (such as @au.com, @△△.au.com, @ezweb.ne.jp, @△△.ezweb.ne.jp).
The information you provide will be used to strengthen the "Automatic Spam Control" [迷惑メールおまかせ規制] feature of au's spam filter.
It may be provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and other relevant organizations in order to implement measures required by laws and regulations.
Please also note that in order to share information for the purpose of effective countermeasures, we may disclose your information to third parties such as other mobile phone/PHS carriers and companies affiliated with spam filtering.

You can report spam emails directly from the inbox in the au Email app.

Use the blocked senders list in the spam email filter
By registering the domain or email address of the received spam emails in the spam filter's blocked senders list and agreeing to use the blocked emails to improve the spam detection rate, you can automatically provide information about the blocked emails to KDDI.
Launch the [au Email App].
Tap on "Inbox" [受信].
Tap on the "Drop-Down Icon" [プルダウンアイコン] on the email you want to report as spam.
Tap on "Report Spam" [迷惑メール報告].
Tap on [OK].
When the message "Reported as Spam" [迷惑メールとして報告しました。] appears, the report and deletion are complete.
The email will be deleted immediately.
