Can I unlock the SIM lock on my mobile phone?

Please be sure that the contract holder calls from the registered smartphone/mobile phone by notifying the mobile phone number with 186 before the number.
Please have the 4-digit PIN that was set during the contract ready, as identity verification will be required.
IP phones cannot be used.

Can I unlock the SIM lock on my mobile phone?

Yes, for models that can be unlocked, you can complete the SIM unlocking through My au (Web) or at a shop.

There is no charge for SIM unlocking.

Depending on the purchase time and product, there are some models that cannot be unlocked or do not require SIM unlocking.
