The error code is an 8-character code starting with "MPLE" that appears at the end of the error message.
Cause: This occurs in cases of incorrect operations during payment or when credit card information is entered incorrectly.
Cause: This occurs if the limit of charging of au PAY Balance Charge has been exceeded or if the contract does not allow charging from au Easy Payment (combined billing for communication charges).
Cause: This occurs when payment for the usage charges cannot be confirmed by the due date or if your communication services have been suspended.
How to deal with it: Please check your payment status and make sure to pay any outstanding bills.
Cause: This occurs when the payment method for the monthly communication charges does not meet the usage conditions for "au Easy Payment (combined billing for communication charges).
Cause: The initial settings for au PAY have not been completed, or you do not have a valid au PAY prepaid card or cannot use it.
Cause: This occurs when the contract holder and the user are different; in this case, au Easy Payment (au PAY balance payment/au PAY card payment) cannot be used.
Cause for MPLE0024: Usage restriction on au PAY (au Easy Payment).
Cause for MPLE0031: Outgoing calls are restricted due to the Charge Assurance Service (Usage Suspension Course).
Cause for MPLE0032: Use of paid sites are restricted.
