I would like to change the name of a mobile phone /tablet due to the passing of the contract holder (inheritance)
The procedure for changing the name (inheritance) for au mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets can be completed at an au shop/au Style or a Toyota au dealer.
We apologize for the inconvenience during this difficult time, but we ask that a family member of the contract holder visit the shop.
Important notes
- The inheritor can get the same email address registered by the contract holder.
- If there is an application for issuance of paid paper invoices, it will be taken over.
- There are some services, data, and settings that cannot be transferred. Please verify with the shop for details.
