【au ID】I want to change my registered membership information (credit card, contact email address).
You can change it from the au ID Membership Information Site

You need to log in with your current au ID and password to change your account information. If you do not know your current au ID and password, please refer to the following.
Registering your Credit Card Information

- You need to log in with your au ID

Tap on the [MENU] icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and tap on "au ID Account Information" [au ID会員情報].

Tap on "Register" [登録] or "Change" [変更] for credit card information.

Enter the credit card number, expiration date, and security code, then tap on "Next" [次へ].

Confirm the information entered and tap on "Register" [登録する] or "Change" [変更する].
Changing the Contact Email Address

Access the au ID Membership Information Site.
- You need to log in with your au ID

Tap on the [MENU] icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and tap on "au ID Account Information" [au ID会員情報].

Tap on "Change" [変更] for the contact email address.

Tap on "＞Register Email Address" [＞メールアドレスを登録する] for either Email Address1 or Email Address2.

Enter the email address you want to add and tap on "Send Confirmation Email" [確認メールを送信する].

Enter the verification code written in the received email of the email address you wanted to add and tap on "Set" [設定する].
Changing Customer Information (Name/Address/Contact Phone Number)

If you are currently using communication services such as au/UQ, you cannot change your personal information. Please do the procedure through the following links.

Access the au ID Membership Information Site.
- You need to log in with your au ID

Tap the [MENU] icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and tap on "au ID Account Information" [au ID会員情報].

Tap on "Change" [変更] for customer information.

Enter the information you want to change and tap on "Change" [変更].

If you enter the "Postal Code" [郵便番号] and tap on "Search Address" [住所検索], the result will be set in Address1 [住所 1].
- If you have moved to an au ID (without au contract) after canceling au/UQ, you cannot change the registered name

If you enter the "Postal Code" [郵便番号] and tap on "Search Address" [住所検索], the result will be set in Address1 [住所 1].

Confirm the information you entered and tap on "Change" [変更].
