I would like to know how to check the billing amount and breakdown after cancellation

You can view the billed amount and breakdown after cancellation by logging into My au (Web).

Please see the steps below for details.

Important notes

  • This page provides notification for cases where au IDs have not been merged (one au ID has one au contract line registered).
  • This page uses images from My au to explain, but the same operations can be performed on My UQ mobile.

Regarding au ID when logging in after cancellation

  • If you cancel your contract with another company through MNP or if you proceed with cancellation, transfer, or succession procedures, your au ID will be changed.
  • Please confirm the au ID you enter when logging in below.

If you switch from au to UQ mobile/povo, or from UQ mobile to au/povo

  • There is no change to your au ID.

For those who switched to other companies with MNP

  • For those who switched with MNP on or after August 18, 2021, the au ID will not change.
  • For those who switched with MNP on or before August 17, 2021, the au ID will change to: au ID + _ (half-width underscore) + cancellation date (YYYYMMDD).

If you have cancelled, transferred or inherited

  • The au ID will change to: au ID + _ (half-width underscore) + cancellation date (YYYYMMDD).

Example: In case of cancellation on June 1, 2021

au ID before cancellation: 080XXXXXXXX

au ID after cancellation: 080XXXXXXXX_20210601

Steps

    • If you were logged in before canceling, please log out once.

    Enter your au ID and tap on "Next" [次へ].

  • 3

    Enter your password and tap on "Login" [ログイン].

  • 4

    Enter the email address that you want to register as your au ID, and tap on "Change your au ID (Agree to Terms and Conditions, and Verification code)" [au IDを変更する(利用規約に同意し確認コードを送信)].

    • Enter a reachable email address (email addresses used during your au contract, such as ezweb.ne.jp or au.com cannot be registered).

    A "Verification Code" [確認コード] will be sent to the email address entered in Step 4.

    Enter the "Verification Code" [確認コード] from the email and tap on "Next" [次へ].

    Tap on "Change au ID and proceed" [au IDを変更して次へ].

  • 7

    The My au (Web) top page will be displayed, allowing you to check your billing amount.
    The verification method is the same as when you had contract with au.

    From your next login, you can use your email address as your au ID.
    The process is now complete.

Log in to My au (Web) using the same au ID and password you used before cancellation.
