You can check the billing amount and breakdown after cancellation on My au (Web).

The way the billing amount and breakdown are presented remains the same as when you initially signed up with au.

The au ID used to log in to My au (Web) will differ depending on the procedure.

Important note

  • This page provides information for cases where au IDs have not been merged (one au ID has one au contract line registered).

If you have migrated from au to UQ mobile/povo, or from UQ mobile to au/povo

Please log in to My au (Web) using the same au ID and password as before to check.

If you have transferred out via MNP

For those who transferred out on or after August 18, 2021

Please log in to My au (Web) using the same au ID and password as before MNP transfer to check.

For those who transferred out on or before August 17, 2021

Your au ID will change to "au ID + _ (half-width underscore)" + "cancellation date (8-digit year)".

(Example) If the MNP transfer date is June 1, 2021

Before cancellation au ID: 080XXXXXXXX

After cancellation au ID: 080XXXXXXXX_20210601
