Even after cancelling your au or UQ mobile(5G compatible plan)contract, you will continue to be billed with the same payment method as during your au contract. Also, the billing amount can be checked through My au/My UQ mobile.

au/UQ mobile (5G compatible plan) usage fees for the month of cancellation will be charged on the following month. The payment method will continue to be the same one used during your au contract.
Payment by paper bill (invoice) | Please make a payment using the transfer form sent to your billing address. |
Direct debit from bank account/credit card | Payment will be deducted from the bank account or credit card designated at the time of your contract. |
<For those who are still charged even after cancellation>
With au Denki, you will have payments for two months after cancellation as you are charged for the usage in the second month following the actual usage month.
