How to cancel unsubscribe

Login to 「Entertainment (My au)」

If you are using a computer, please access the following page.
- You need to enter your au ID and password.

Tap on " Cancel Subscription "［退会のお手続き］under " au Smart Pass Premium/au Smart Pass "「auスマートパスプレミアム／auスマートパス」.
- For computer users, tap on " Unsubscribe "［退会］.

After check the notes for canceling your subscription, tap on " Unsubscribe "［退会する］at the bottom of the screen.

Check the displayed information and tap on " Unsubscribe "［退会する］.
- On Android devices, you will not be able to proceed with subscription cancellation if the " au Market App " is disabled. If " au Market App " is disabled, please enable it from " Settings " [設定] in your device.

Enter the 4-digit PIN code you set when you subscribed for the contract and tap on [OK].
- This screen may not appear in some cases. If the screen is not displayed, please proceed to the next step. If you forgot your PIN code, click here.

The subscription cancellation procedure is now completed.
