I would like to change my monthly payment method to a credit card/ I would like to change to a different credit card
You can complete the procedure from My au / My UQ mobile (Web).
In principle, the change will take effect from the payment of the following month after the procedure is completed.
Until the procedure is completed, the current payment method will continue.

Important notes

You can only use credit card companies that support the authentication service (3D Secure). The authentication service (3D Secure) requires prior registration.
- If you perform multiple operations within a short period using the same card, an authentication error may occur.
- Due to regular maintenance, procedures cannot be done from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. every day.

During temporary maintenance, please wait and try the procedure again later.

If you are billed through an affiliated provider (other than au one net), please contact your provider.

After checking the change timing and important notes, select the billing code for which you wish to proceed, select "Credit Card" [クレジットカード] and tap "Next" [次へ].

Read the important notes and tap on "Next" [次へ] at the bottom of the screen.

Enter your credit card information and tap on "Next" [次へ]

Check the registration details, enter your email address, and tap on "Set" [設定する].

You may be redirected to the card company's website for authentication (3D Secure).
In such cases, follow the on-screen instructions and enter the password registered with the credit card company, or a one-time password and tap on "Submit" [送信].
If the authentication (3D Secure) does not go through, please contact your credit card company.

The procedure is completed when you are redirected to the "Application Completed" [受付完了] screen.

Sau khi kiểm tra thời điểm thay đổi và các điểm cần lưu ý, chọn mã hóa đơn cần xử lý, chọn "Thẻ tín dụng" và nhấn "Tiếp theo" [次へ].

É possível alterar através da página "Alteração de modo de pagamento" [支払方法の変更] no My au/My UQ mobile (Web).
A alteração entrará em vigor a partir do pagamento do mês seguinte à conclusão do procedimento. Seu modo de pagamento atual continuará vigente até a conclusão do procedimento.

Somente cartões de crédito que suportem o serviço de autenticação (3D Secure) poderão ser registrados. O serviço de autenticação (3D Secure) requer registro prévio.
- Realizar múltiplas operações com um cartão do mesmo titular em um curto espaço de tempo poderá resultar em erro de autenticação.
- Devido à manutenção periódica, o serviço não está disponível das 22h até meia-noite, todos os dias.

Em caso de manutenção de emergência, tente novamente após algum tempo.

Clientes que recebem cobranças através de um provedor parceiro (que não seja au one net) deverão contatar seus respectivos provedores.

Após verificar a data de vigência e os pontos de atenção, selecione o código da fatura para o qual deseja efetuar o procedimento, escolha "Cartão de Crédito" [クレジットカード] e toque em "Próximo" [次へ].

Leia os pontos de atenção e toque em "Próximo" [次へ] na parte inferior da tela.

Insira as informações do cartão de crédito e toque em "Próximo" [次へ].

Verifique o conteúdo registrado, insira um e-mail e toque em "Configurar" [設定する].

Poderá haver um redirecionamento para o site da empresa do cartão para a autenticação (3D Secure).
Nesses casos, siga as instruções na tela para digitar a senha cadastrada e a senha de uso único (One Time Password) fornecidas pela empresa do cartão, e toque em "Enviar" [送信].
Se a autenticação (3D Secure) não for concluída com sucesso, entre em contato com a empresa do seu cartão.
