<Procedures from My au/My UQ mobile (web) >

    Access "Payment Status/Payment" [お支払い状況の確認/お支払い] of My au/My UQ mobile.

    • You can also do this from a computer

    • Login with au ID is required

    The "Payment Status/Payment" [お支払い状況の確認/お支払い] screen will be displayed.
    Please verify in "Payment Status" [お支払い状況] field.

    • The latest payment may not be reflected in the list. Please verify on the "Last 2 days Payment" [<直近2日間お支払い分>] field

    • Depending on the method of payment, such as direct debit, it may take time to receive information from financial institutions, etc. Please also verify via passbook or transaction status screen of your payment institution

Procedures from My au/My UQ mobile app (Tap to open)

    On the home screen of My au/My UQ mobile app, tap "Total Billing Amount for ○ month" [○月のご請求額合計].

    Scroll down the "Total Billing Amount" [ご請求額合計] screen and tap on "Payment Status/Payment" [お支払い状況の確認/お支払い].

    The "Payment Status/Payment" [お支払い状況の確認/お支払い] screen will be displayed.
    Please verify in "Payment Status" [お支払い状況] field.

    • The latest payment may not be reflected in the list. Please verify on the "Last 2 days Payment" [<直近2日間お支払い分>] field.

How to view the screen (details)

  • Monthly Bill

    If you tap on "Monthly Bill" [請求月], you will be redirected to the breakdown of charges on the "WEB de Billing" [WEB de 請求書].
    Please use it if you want to check details.

    • You need to enter the 4-digit PIN code
  • Payment Status

    If there is a link activated in the "Payment Status" [お支払い状況] section, tap the link to be redirected to a screen where you can confirm details and complete payment procedures.

For Paper bill (invoice)

  • Before the payment [お支払い前]: "Unpaid (Payment Due Date)" [未払い (お支払い期日)]

  • After the payment [お支払い済]: "Paid" [お支払い済]

  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]

  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Partially Paid" [一部お支払い済み]

For Direct Debit (bank account)

  • Before the payment [お支払い前]: "Scheduled for account transfer" [口座振替予定(口座振替日)]

  • After the payment [お支払い済]: "Paid" [お支払い済]

  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]

  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Partially Paid" [一部お支払い済み]

For Credit Card

  • Before the payment [お支払い前]: "Billed by credit card company" [クレジットカード会社よりご請求]

  • After the payment [お支払い済]: "Billed by credit card company" [クレジットカード会社よりご請求]

  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]

  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Billed by credit card company" [クレジットカード会社よりご請求]
  • As it is billed by the credit card company, please contact the credit card company for details of the payment status

If you are unable to make a payment using your registered credit card due to expiration date, etc.

  • Before the payment [お支払い前]: "Unpaid (Payment Due Date)" [未払い (お支払い期日)]

  • After the payment [お支払い済]: "Paid" [お支払い済]

  • Before the payment [お支払い前]: "Billed by J:COM" [J:COMよりご請求]

  • After the payment [お支払い済] : "Billed by J:COM" [J:COMよりご請求]

  • If the payment due date has passed: "Unpaid" [未払い]

  • If part of the payment has been confirmed: "Billed by J:COM" [J:COMよりご請求]

If the billing amount is 0 yen or less, the amount will be marked as [-].  

  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
