Through WEB de Billing, you can check online the remaining amount and the number of payments for a device purchased in installments at KDDI (au Style/au Shop/UQ Spot, etc.).

How to check the remaining amount and number of payments (au)

    Select the phone number you want to check and tap on "Select" [選択].

    Enter your 4-digit PIN code, and the breakdown of the charges will be displayed.

    Tap on the au phone number in the "au device charges" [au機器代金] section.

    Details such as remaining amount and number of payments are displayed in the "Installment Payment" [分割支払金].

    Scroll down the screen, and tap on "Installment Payment Contract/Lump-sum Settlement" [分割支払契約の確認・一括清算] tab inside "For Billing & Payment procedures"「請求・支払い関連のお手続き」section.

    The "Individual Credit Purchase Mediation Contract/Individual Item Installment Sale Contract" page will be displayed. Please check the details of the installment payment here.

    If you want to check the detailed product name, scroll the screen and tap on “Here”[こちら]in the notes at the bottom of the page. You can check it if it's within 13 months of in-store purchase date.

     You will be redirected to the Change History Information (procedure history) 「登録情報変更履歴(お手続き履歴)」page.

    A list of procedure history will be displayed, tap on the relevant application, and check the Individual Credit Purchase Mediation Contract Application Form (PDF).
