Yes, the current month bill and the outstanding bill can be paid by credit card.
Please note that a separate handling fee will be charged for paying the outstanding bill.
Please login to My au or My UQ mobile with your au ID from your smartphone or computer and complete the payment procedure.
Access "Payment of charges"「料金のお支払い」from your smartphone or computer.
Select the phone number to pay the charge and tap on "Select" [選択].
Tap to select "Pay with credit card" [クレジットカードで支払う], select the payment amount, and then tap on "Payment" [お支払い] at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Set also as monthly payment method"[毎月のお支払方法にも設定する]and tap [OK].
You will be redirected to the financial institution’s website.
Tap on "Jump to the above site" [上記サイトへジャンプする].
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the credit card information, then tap on "Confirm your entries" [入力内容を確認する].
Confirm the entered information and tap on "Payment" [お支払い].
You may be redirected to the card company's website for identity authentication (3D Secure).
In that case, enter the password pre-registered with the card company or the one-time password in accordance with the on-screen instructions, then tap on "Submit" [送信].
In addition, the authentication screen may not be displayed and you may proceed to Step 9.
The payment procedure is now completed.
