【au/UQ mobile】How can I check my current outstanding bills?
The outstanding bills can be confirmed by clicking on "Check outstanding bills" ［未払い料金の確認］, 8 to 10 days after the payment due date.
In addition, if you want to verify whether your payment has been completed after paying the outstanding bills, you can check it at "Check Payment status / Payment" ［お支払い状況の確認/お支払い］from the next day after payment.
- Log in with your au ID and check
- If there are no outstanding bills, it will display "There are no outstanding bills up to last month".
- You can check from a web browser on a smartphone or a computer.

For reference
- Payment instructions will be sent to you by SMS /＋Message / Email or a payment reminder letter, approximately 10 to 14 days after the payment due date. We kindly request you to make payment promptly.

- The payment status is in principle, based on the information of the previous day.
