【au/UQ mobile】I want to check the months of use and remaining installment amount for the au/UQ mobile phone I am currently using

You can check details on My au or My UQ mobile if you have signed a new contract or upgraded the device at au/UQ mobile dealer.  
Please see below for detailed instructions.

How to check

  • 1

    Log in to My au or My UQ mobile.

    If the two-step verification screen is displayed when logging in with au ID

    Please follow the on-screen instructions.

    Tap on "Device Information" [機種情報].

  • 3

    The number of months of use will be displayed.
    To check the remaining installment amount, tap on "Installment Payment Contract/Lump-sum Settlement" [分割支払契約の確認・一括清算].

  • 4

    If you have multiple phone numbers/contracts, select the phone number/contract with the installment contract.

  • 5

    The amount will be displayed in the "Remaining Payment" [支払残額] section.

  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
