【au/UQ mobile】 I couldn't have my monthly bill deducted. When should I pay?
Even if the monthly bill cannot be deducted, there will be no second direct debit attempt. Payment deadlines and payment methods are as follows.

Payment deadline if March’s bill couldn't be deducted
For customers with monthly deductions every 25th Deduction on March 25th (Mon) | April 13th (Sat) |
For customers with monthly deductions at every Deduction on April 1st (Mon) | April 19th (Fri) |
For customers with monthly deductions every 10th Deduction on April 10th (Wed) | April 29th (Mon) |
Payment deadline if February’s bill couldn't be deducted
For customers with monthly deductions every 25th Deduction on February26th (Mon) | March 15th (Fri) |
For customers with monthly deductions at every Deduction on February 29th (Thu) | March 19th (Tue) |
For customers with monthly deductions every 10th Deduction on March 11th (Mon) | March 30th (Sat) |
Method of payment
Payment instructions will be sent to you by text message (SMS) or email later. Please check the details and pay according to the instructions.
If you choose to pay with Pay-easy or credit card using a computer/smartphone or pay at a convenience store (barcode/payment code & confirmation code), please complete the payment procedures from My au/My UQ mobile.
Depending on your contract details, we may send you a paper bill (invoice). If you have a paper bill (invoice) at hand, please take it with you and pay at your nearest au Style/au shop/UQ spot, or a convenience store.
