How to cancel au Smart Pass service

Procedures to cancel (via au Smart Pass site)

Start browser and access site below:

Tap au Smart Pass Cancel.
- If Login screen appears
- Tap "au IDとパスワードを入力してログインする (enter your au ID and password to log-in)".

Enter your au ID (top box) and password. Click "ログイン (login)".

Swipe up.

Continue by tapping "退会手続きを続ける (Continue to cancel)".

Tap bottom "退会する (Cancel)".
- For your information
If below screen appears, enter your PIN number (4 digits) and click "OK".

You completed your cancellation.
Tap "auスマートパストップに戻る (Return to top of au Smart Pass page)".
For smartphone users and tablet users

Tap au Smart Pass (Cancel).
- If the au ID screen appears
- Tap "au IDとパスワードを入力してログインする (enter your au ID and password to log-in)".

Enter your au ID (top box) and password below it. Then click "ログイン (log-in)".

Continue by tapping "退会手続きを続ける (Continue to cancel)".

Tap "退会する (Cancel)".

If below screen appears, enter your PIN number (4 digits) and click "OK".
