【Android/4G LTE Mobile Phone】I would like to know what to do if I forgot the lock number
If you have forgotten the lock number for your Android smartphone/4G LTE mobile phone, you will need to reset it at au Style, au shop, or at UQ Spot.
Important notes
- Lock number is a numeric code consisting of 4 to 17 digits that is required to unlock the screen of the mobile phone, to prevent unauthorized access by others.
- Android smartphones and 4G LTE mobile phones do not have a default lock number. If you are asked to enter a lock number, it means that a lock number has been set already.
- Depending on the model, you may need to reset the entire device to initialize the lock number.
- Please ensure that the contract holder comes to the store in person. Additionally, if the contract holder is in elementary school or younger, a guardian with parental authority must accompany them.
