【au PAY / au PAY Prepaid Card】I would like to know how to temporarily suspend
You can complete the temporary suspension procedure on the account screen of the au PAY app.
Please see below for detailed instructions.
Important notes
- During the suspension, you will not be able to use au PAY (code payment) or au PAY Prepaid Card.
- If you have participated in the campaign, you will no longer be able to receive campaign benefits such as receiving au PAY balance, so please complete the procedure after receiving your benefits.
Steps

Launch the au PAY app.

Tap on "Account" [アカウント].

Tap on "Menu" [メニュー].

Tap on "Suspend/Restart" [一時停止／解除].

Enter your au ID password and tap on "OK".

To temporarily suspend all uses of au PAY / au PAY Prepaid Card, tap on the au PAY switch to turn it off (gray).
- To reactivate it, please tap on the switch to turn it on (green) .
To temporarily suspend only the use of the au PAY Prepaid Card, tap on the Prepaid Card switch to turn it off (gray).
- To reactivate it, please tap on the switch to turn it on (green) .

Tap on "Settings" [設定].

The suspension setting is now complete.
For your reference
- The "au WALLET Prepaid Card" has been renamed to "au PAY Prepaid Card" since May 2020. If you already have a card, you can continue to use it until its expiration date.

Access the page "au PAY Usage Settings" [au PAY 利用設定] and log in with your au ID.

To temporarily suspend all uses of au PAY / au PAY Prepaid Card, tap on the au PAY switch to turn it off (gray).
- To reactivate it, please tap on the switch to turn it on (green) .
To temporarily suspend only the use of the au PAY Prepaid Card, tap on the Prepaid Card switch to turn it off (gray).
- To reactivate it, please tap on the switch to turn it on (green) .
