【au PAY】How to charge using au Easy Payment (combined with the mobile monthly bill)
Only customers using au, UQ mobile, or povo1.0 can charge their au PAY balance via au Easy Payment (which allows combined billing with their monthly mobile bill).
Please see below for detailed instructions.
Important notes
- As a security measure, access from Wi-Fi and use from a PC are not allowed.
- Please turn off VPN connections such as iCloud Private Relay.
- Cancellation after charging is not possible.

The balance charged via au Easy Payment (combined with the mobile monthly bill) will be converted to "au PAY Money Lite" [au PAY マネーライト], which cannot be transferred or withdrawn (paid out).
Regarding Charge Fees
From October 2, 2025, onwards, if you charge via au Easy Payment (combined with the mobile monthly bill) following the steps on this page, a fee will be applied based on the number of times you charge.
Other charging methods remain free of charge.
- Until October 1, 2025, no fees will be applied.

From October 2, 2025, onwards, the first charge of each month is free of charge, and from the second charge onwards, a fee of 2.5% of the charge amount will be applied.
- Auto-charge is not applicable.
- For October 2025 only, charges on October 1st will not be included in the total, and first charges from October 2nd onwards will be counted as the first charge.

The fees will be billed combined with the mobile monthly bill.
Steps

Launch the "au PAY app" and log in with your au ID.
- If the login screen does not appear, proceed to step 2.

Tap on "Charge" [チャージ].

Enter your au ID password and tap on [OK].

Tap on "Combined with the mobile monthly bill" [通信料金合算].

Enter the amount you want to charge or select the amount to be charged, then tap on "Charge" [チャージする].

Tap on "au Easy Payment Membership Terms and Conditions (Must Read)" [auかんたん決済会員規約（必読）], check the membership terms and conditions, and then tap on "Agree" [同意する].
- If this screen does not appear, proceed to step 7.

Enter the 4-digit PIN and tap on "Pay" [支払う].

The charge has been completed.
