"Calls Details Statement" What is it and how to apply

What is the Calls Details Statement Service?

The Calls Details Statement Service is an optional service that issues a monthly statement of calls (per call) and communications (per day).

Important note

  • Call records and non-chargeable calls will not be displayed.

About Calls Details Statement Service

  • Application is free of charge.
  • Checking online is free, however, issuing it on paper will cost 220 yen (including tax) for each phone number.
  • Calls details statements of the month before the application cannot be viewed.

Application Procedure

I would like to know how to apply for the Calls Details Statement Service

You can apply for the Calls Details Statement Service through My au (Web).

Steps

    Tap on "Billing & Payment Procedures Overview" [請求・支払関連のお手続き一覧].

     Tap on "Calls Details Statement" [通話明細].

    Tap on "Apply for Calls Details Statement Service" [通話明細サービスのお申し込み].

    Select the au phone number / au ID that you wish to apply for and tap on "Select" [選択].

    • If this screen does not appear, proceed to the next step.

    Enter the 4-digit PIN you set when you signed the contract and tap on "Next"[次へ].

    Select the type of call details and confirmation method, then tap on "Agree and proceed" [同意して次に進む].

    • If you wish to receive a printed Calls Details Statement, select "Check via WEB (My au / My UQ mobile) and paper" [WEB (My au / My UQ mobile)と紙で確認する].

      In that case, there will be a fee of 220 yen (including tax) for each phone number.

    Review the information and choose the confirmation method after the registration is complete.

    After selecting, tap on "Apply with this information" [この内容で申し込む].

    The application is now complete.

    You can check your Calls Details Statement online at the same time as the invoice is issued in the month following your application.

  • Applications for the Calls Details Statement Service can only be made by the contract holder for their own line via My au (Web).
