If I cancel in the middle of the month, will the charge be calculated on a pro-rated basis?
If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will be charged the full amount and not on a pro-rated basis.
Also, if you cancel (by switching to another service) as described below, the charges for the portion of the month in which the transfer occurs will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.

Basic usage fee, combo discount flat-rate fee, and certain optional service fees
- The annual contract discount, au PAY Card payment discount, Smile Heart discount, Family Discount, Family Discount Plus, and au Smart Value are also eligible for pro-rated calculation.
When transferring from UQ mobile
Basic usage fee
- Home Set Discount (Internet Course) and Home Set Discount (Electricity Course) are also eligible for pro-rated calculation.
