【My App】I would like to check the history of my procedures
You can check your procedures history for the last six months from the My au app.
Important note
- This page uses images from My au to explain, but the same operations can be performed on My UQ mobile.
Steps

Launch the "My au app" and log in with your au ID.

Tap on "My Page" [マイページ].

Tap on "Check Procedure history/ Statements of the procedures" [お手続き履歴・お手続き時の各種帳票の確認].

Select the phone number/ID you wish to confirm and tap on "Select" [選択].

The "Registered Information Change History (Procedures History)" [登録情報変更履歴 (お手続き履歴)] screen will be displayed.
Tapping the ∨ of each history will display the details.

- Except for some applications made at the shops, they will reflect the day after the application.
