You can change your phone number at au shops/au Style/Toyota au dealers.
Important notes

Please ensure that the contract holder visits the shop. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian with parental authority.

With the "YOU Number Selection" [YOU選番号] service, you can choose the last four digits of your phone number.
You can use your new number immediately from the day you visit our shop and complete the procedure.

Also, depending on the shop, you may be presented with three au mobile phone numbers (all 11 digits) and choose one from them.
