【au PAY Prepaid Card】I would like to renew my card
You can apply for a new au PAY Prepaid Card (plastic card) with an updated expiration date through the au PAY Prepaid Card reissue page.
Please see below for detailed instructions.
Important notes
- Cards are not automatically issued or sent upon expiration. If you would like to have a card issued, please follow the procedure on this page.
- If you do not plan to use the au PAY Prepaid Card in the future, there is no need to apply.
- A reissue handling fee of 600 yen (tax included) will be charged. Payment will be made from your au PAY balance at the time of application. If your balance is insufficient, please charge your balance in advance.

Please verify if the address registered with your au ID is up to date before applying.
Steps

Access the "au PAY Site".

Tap on "Log In" [ログイン] and log in with your au ID.
- If "Log in" [ログイン] is not displayed, it means you are already logged in, so proceed to the next step.

After logging in, tap on "Menu" [メニュー].

Tap on "Card Reissue (Lost, Stolen, etc.)" [カード再発行（紛失・盗難など）].

Enter your au ID password and tap on [OK].
- If this screen is not displayed, please proceed to the next step.

Tap on "Expired" [有効期限切れ].
- Even after the response deadline has passed, it is possible to reissue the card for a certain period by selecting "Magnetic stripe failure/Damage" or "Theft/Loss". In such cases as well, a reissue handling fee of 600 yen (tax included) will be charged, the same as when proceeding via "Expired".

Tap on "Apply" [申込む].

Select the address to which the card will be delivered and tap on "Next" [次へ].

Set the card PIN and tap on "Next" [次へ].

Tap on [OK].

The procedure has been completed.
For your reference
- You can also complete the renewal procedure using the URL stated in the notification email that will be sent sequentially starting three months prior to the expiration date. The email will be sent from the email address "info@wallet.auone.jp" to the contact email address registered to your au ID.

The expiration date of the au PAY Prepaid Card can be confirmed on the card front or on the au PAY site.

If your au PAY Prepaid Card is registered on an internet shopping site, you will need to change the card expiration date. When you receive your new au PAY Prepaid Card, please update the card expiration date immediately. If your old card has expired, please cut it with scissors and discard it.
