au PAY Balance Usage After Mobile Cancellation

【au PAY】Can I still use my au PAY balance after cancelling my mobile phone?

Even after cancelling your au contract, you can continue to use your au PAY balance.

In addition, the Ponta points, au PAY Market usage limited Ponta points can also be used, if within the validity period.

Important notes

  • Customers who canceled their contract on or before August 18, 2019, will lose their charged balance by the expiration date stated on the card. Please use your balance within the validity period.
  • Your au ID may be changed after canceling the contract.
