Can I choose the phone number I want for my mobile phone?
Yes, you can select the last four digits of your phone number with your preferred numbers when signing up for a new contract or changing your phone number at au Style, au shop and UQ Spot. (YOU Number Selection service)
However, if your desired number is not available or if the last four digits are all the same (e.g., 0000, 9999), it cannot be accepted.
Important note
- "YOU Number Selection" service is not available through the online shop.

When signing up for a new contract, if you use the "YOU Number Selection" service, a fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be charged.
There is no fee when you change your phone number (this is included in the phone number change fee).
