【Ponta Point】I would like to send points to my family

You can send or receive Ponta points among family members under the following two conditions.

  1. The family members have combined billing.
  2. The sender and receiver must have the same au ID and Ponta member ID (Ponta card) linkage status. The sender of the points may operate from a smartphone or computer. Refer to the instructions below.

Important notes

  • The Ponta points are added for each au ID (each contracted line).
  • To send and receive points, a procedure is required for each au ID.

Conditions

You can send points if both of the following conditions ① and ② are met at the same time.

  1. The sender and receiver are family members have combined billing (same billing group).
  2. The au ID and Ponta member ID card (Ponta card) of the sender and receiver linkage status match.

Steps

  • 1

    Access "Send Ponta points" [Pontaポイントをおくる] from your smartphone or computer etc.

    Enter each item and tap on "Next" [次へ] at the bottom of the page.

    Check the application details and tap on "Send points" [ポイントをおくる].

  • 3

    Operation to send points to your family is now completed.

For your reference

  • Please do the procedure from your smartphone or computer.
  • The receiver does not need to do any procedure.
  • Please refer to the Ponta points acquisition history to check if the points were sent.
  • Login with au ID is required.
  • All of the indicated amounts exclude tax unless otherwise specified.
