【Ponta Point】I would like to know how to pay for au's monthly usage fees using points
Customers who have au PAY or au PAY Card and have an au mobile phone contract can pay with points.
Customers need to apply by themselves through the dedicated website (Web).
Please check below for details regarding usage conditions and procedure.
Important notes
- After applying, cancellations, course changes, and additions are not possible.
- The points to be used (total course fee) will be deducted at the time of application.
- If the billed amount is less than the applied amount, the billed amount will be reduced to zero and cannot be carried over to the following month.

Even if you cancel your au contract before the points get added, if the au mobile phone billing is still left you will be still getting the points.
- If there are no outstanding charges for au mobile phone fees, points will not be refunded.
- Cannot be used to pay for fixed-line (au Hikari), electricity, gas, UQ mobile, or corporate contract fees.

- au Mobile Phone charges (Mobile Phone call charges/data transmission charges/au Easy Payment charges/device installment charges)

Available points
- Ponta Points or au WALLET Points
Discount Period

From the billing for the month following your application, for a duration of six months
- You cannot use all your Ponta Points at once to pay for the following month's bill.
Example: If you apply in February, the discount will start with the usage for February (billing in March).
Applicable Points (Discount Amount)
- For the 3,000 point course: 500 yen per month (including tax) / total 3,000 yen (including tax)
- For the 6,000 point course: 1,000 yen per month (including tax) / total 6,000 yen (including tax)
- For the 12,000 point course: 2,000 yen per month (including tax) / total 12,000 yen (including tax)

Access "Use to pay au mobile bill" [au携帯電話へ料金充当] and log in with your au ID

Check your desired course, and tap on "Next" [次へ].

Please confirm the details and tap on "Apply with This Information" [この内容で申し込む].

Please make sure that the "Application Completed" [受付完了] screen is displayed.
Your application is now completed.
