【au PAY】How to transfer my au PAY balance to au Jibun Bank
To transfer or withdraw your au PAY balance, you must complete identity verification in the au PAY app, or link your au PAY account with au Jibun Bank.

The au PAY balance includes two types: au PAY Money Lite and au PAY Money. au PAY Money Lite does not allow transfer and withdrawal. For details on au PAY Money Lite and au PAY Money, please see the following page.

For details of your au PAY balance, please check at the bottom right of the au PAY app under "Account" [アカウント] > "au PAY Menu" [au PAYメニュー] > "au PAY Balance Details" [au PAY 残高内訳].
- Linking your au PAY account with au Jibun Bank is required.
For your reference
- Regardless of the withdrawal method (automatic or manual), there is no fee for withdrawals to au Jibun Bank.
How to make automatic withdrawals

There are two methods for withdrawals: "automatic" [自動] and "manual" [手動], that can be set in the au PAY app.

Steps

Launch the [au PAY app].

Tap on "Send / Receive" [送る・受取る].

Tap on "au Jibun Bank" [auじぶん銀行].

Tap on "Automatic" [自動].

Tap on the switch for "Set up automatic withdrawal" [自動の出金を設定する] to turn it on.

Set the "Frequency" [頻度] and "Amount" [金額].

Tap on "Set up automatic withdrawal" [自動出金を設定する].

Review the details and tap on [OK].

Tap on "Next" [次へ].
- If you do not tap, the screen will automatically proceed after a certain period.

Enter your 4-digit PIN and tap on [OK].

The setup is now complete.

Enter the "Amount" [出金額].
Limit per transaction: 100,000 yen
Monthly limit: No limit
Minimum withdrawal amount: 1 yen
Withdrawal unit: 1 yen

Tap on "Perform Manual Withdrawal" [手動出金を実施する].

Review the details, enter your PIN, and tap on [OK].
The withdrawal is now complete.
